q8/16 strength isn't really that useful. Most wars will definitely have more than 8 in strength. And the skin is pretty common. But its gold. Base on the sales i've seen in kamadon, I'll place it at about 10e-15e. But they are pretty hard to sell. Trust me, I have 2 q8/16 str shields sitting in my inventory for over 2 months now.
